Yo. Maybe less pointless information. Anyone at this point in the game doesn't need an explanation of brittle whetstone and what not. I came here for a quick guide to the cave just to find out whats in it and what i could expect and instead iam getting all kinds of literally pointless info. If you didnt include redundant information i.e. info i would absolutely have to already know to have gotten to this point i would have probably subbed to your channel . This is just some advice from someone's that's not going to sub to your channel and an explanation of why iam not.

So a few tips. 1. You can right click in your inventory to fix your knife and gear with duct tapes. 2. Don't stomp on the pests, hit them with weapon so you can cut up their meat to cook. 3. Sleep at night will speed up time. There's a lot to this game and the map is a bit confusing, but I really enjoyed it.

The science parts come from old raw science bubbles and it depends on tier of enemy that drop them, so all enemies drop crinkles, tier two and above drop waffles, and tier 3 enemies drop cones

Here is a way to find a very good weapon early on: 1. You need a bomb, a dandelion tuft, to be able to make stairs/ladders and a torch. 2. Go to the milk carton at the top right of the map near the pond, in the wall there should be a little hole (make sure not to build right infront of th hole because there are some bombardier beetles that spawn there so just go a bit to the right on the wall). 2. build to the top of the wall using stairs or a ladder. 3. Use your dandelion tuft to glide into the hole. 4. Explode the door. 5. equip you torch, walk down the hallway, and on the left in the trash can, there should be a tier 3 weapon called the pinch wacker. It is a one-handed weapon in the generic class, Every third hit in the combo with the weapon deals an AOE zap effect with a high chance of stunning, it costs x1 repair glue to repair it, and it costs 4,500 raw science to duplicate it (the reason it is so expensive to duplicate is because there is only one the game). Hope this helped you get your first tier 3 weapon.

It looks like you took a lot of damage on that fall. Do you have the Daredevil perk equipped? I think that's what it's called. I could be misremembering, but there's a perk. That mitigates the fall damage that you take by significant amount.

Summon Thorns seems to do more damage to me than it does to the enemy, and that's with the Battle Buddies mutation on lol. If I hit one of my ants I lose over half my health.

Would be cool it we could get some spiderlings for taking down the broodmother like how if we befriend the ants we get a baby ant i feel like it would be cool if we could get a spider egg sack and have it randomly hatch a per spider could be a widow a wolf or orb weaver but at random chance

How do you get the orc disruption bomb unlocked?

Kinda sad the game has turned away from strategic combat completely. New game + 4 and above are just unplayable even on mild. They didn’t test this stuff out at all. The only way to progress is using a broken build and getting lucky. Hope they have some major tweaks. If not the games ruined.

Build on water lilies in the pond, problem solved, 0 attacks 0 raid. You can build main base there, then lil outposts to sleep eat etc.

I wonder why you did not use the "Guard Dog" or the "Ant-nihalator" Mutations. It helps a lot. DPS is Key in these Events...

Why not use the bards bow? A additional Summon(with apex) and the safety of range. Also decreasing your own agro so there more likely to attack your pets
